1. About Our Products
Sayrā offers jewellery inspired by traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, material details and prices. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of jewellery.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may update product listings, discontinue items or correct errors. If we cannot fulfil a confirmed order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed as required during checkout. Payments must be made through the available payment methods. If a material pricing error is identified, we will contact you to resolve the issue rather than silently changing the agreed order price.
4. Orders and Cancellations
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to an inventory or technical issue, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable and may instead be handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates, shipping charges and delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Store Credit
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Eligible change-of-mind returns may be settled through store credit, subject to the stated conditions and applicable law. Nothing in our policies removes a refund or remedy that must legally be provided.
7. Jewellery Care
To help preserve your jewellery, avoid unnecessary contact with perfumes, chemicals, moisture and abrasive materials. Store pieces carefully and follow any product-specific care instructions.
Normal wear, tarnishing and changes caused by improper care should be distinguished from manufacturing defects. Any express product warranty remains subject to its stated terms and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and branding, belongs to Sayrā or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is not permitted except where allowed by law.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and courier partners. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sayrā remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable law.
